This agreement is a legal contract between you and Daxiang VPN (the “Service Provider”) regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (the “App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, extract source code from, or create derivative versions of the App without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App, related trademarks, interface, and technical content belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will provide reasonable notice where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account credentials and should avoid jailbreaking, rooting, or other actions that weaken system security.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related features, you may also be bound by those providers' terms.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible if the service cannot be used because of unpaid device bills, data limits, carrier outages, or poor signal quality. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi. Roaming charges outside your home country are your responsibility. Before using the App, ensure you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, inability to access the service due to device power loss, system failure, or local network limits is not covered by compensation. We strive to provide accurate routing and service information, but some information may come from third-party partners; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from it. The App may release updates to maintain compatibility and security, and you agree to install updates when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate service lawfully; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Technical Issues: If a technical issue affects normal use, we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve it, but the issue does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Unauthorized Use: No refund will be provided if a license, account, or digital access right is shared, resold, or used without authorization.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy. Updates take effect after publication on our website.
