This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application provided by Daxiang VPN (the “App”, “Service”, or “we”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information. We operate on principles of necessity, transparency, and compliance while continuing to improve privacy safeguards.

When you download, launch, or use the App, the system may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device model, operating system version, in-app access paths, connection status, and session duration. To provide better global connectivity, we may process approximate geographic information. This data is used for: 1. server recommendation, based on Daxiang VPN's node distribution; 2. performance optimization, through anonymized aggregate trends; and 3. service notices, such as important updates, security alerts, or subscription messages sent through your registered account or email.

We only transmit aggregated or anonymized data to necessary third-party service providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, stability monitoring, and product improvement. Except in the following cases, we do not share personally identifiable information with third parties: 1. compliance with legal procedures or regulatory requirements; 2. protection of users, property, or fraud investigation; 3. cooperation with entrusted service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. To stop new data collection, uninstall the App through your device's standard process.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and for a reasonable period afterward. To cancel your account or delete your profile, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from that group. If such information is collected by mistake, we will delete it as soon as practicable. We use access controls, encrypted transmission, and security review measures to reduce information leakage risks.
